Complain To Us
We’d hate to think that you had a reason to have to complain about our service, but the world is unpredictable and there are times when you feel you to tell us about something that may have gone wrong.
We’d like to the opportunity to fix whatever the issue is that you are experiencing and we’ll do our hardest to make sure that if we are able to rectify it then we will do our best.
Our team pride ourselves on our work but we also pride ourselves on our reputation so please do get in touch to let us know if everything is less than perfect and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible.
When you get in touch please have to hand any reference number or job details that may help us to identify the issue quickly, this will help speed the process up.
If you do not get a satisfactory outcome from your complain then please feel free to contact an Ombudsman or the Citizens Advice Bureau, this is your right to do so but please give us the chance to rectify anything on our behalf first, we try to make sure everything we do goes to plan but there may be the odd occasion when things don’t quite happen the way we expect.
